- Elisa Bayoumi provides legislative and regulatory research, analysis, and strategies for OFW’s Government Relations practice, as well as the Food and Agriculture, Drugs, and Medical Products practice groups. She works with with industry, Congress, and government agencies to track and address policy issues, implementation of policy, and regulatory developments relevant to client interests. She also works closely with the Alliance for a Stronger FDA.
- Prior to working at OFW Law, Elisa worked for two House members, Rep. Bill Foster and Rep. Elaine Luria, and worked for several government affairs groups, including Peck Madigan Jones (now Tiber Creek Group). She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Chicago and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
