APHIS Animal Welfare

In further support of animal agriculture, OFW assists clients in animal care and welfare as those matters are regulated by APHIS under the Animal Welfare Act (AWA) and related animal care statutes. We have assisted licensed dealers and exhibitors, as well as certified animal care organizations, in APHIS investigations and enforcement proceedings.
