OFW’s trade attorneys and government relations professionals advise clients on trade policy matters overseen by Congress and federal agencies, including the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS),  the United States Trade Representative (USTR), and the Departments of State and Commerce. OFW’s trade policy team provides our clients the perspective, advice and insights we have gained through years of experience on legislative and regulatory matters.
