Michael is a Principal Attorney at OFW Law and heads the Food/Supplement Practice Team. He concentrates his efforts, and for over thirty years has counseled clients extensively, in food and dietary supplement regulatory matters, especially labeling and advertising, formulation, compliance and enforcement risk, and administrative procedures.

Michael furthers each client’s legal, regulatory, competitive, and other business objectives by employing a variety of available means – both conventional and creative.

His Practice Includes the Following:

  • Counseling clients on regulatory compliance, enforcement risk, and corrective action;
  • Drafting notifications, petitions, comments, and other voluntary or mandatory submissions;
  • Filing complaints against competitors; and
  • Advancing and defending client interests before federal enforcement officials and in the marketplace.

He also prepares clients for handling FDA inspections and conducts due diligence reviews before the sale of food and dietary supplement businesses.

Michael’s practice also includes some trademark/service mark, copyright, and Customs matters.
