Checkoff Programs

OFW represents a number of research and promotion commodity boards (“checkoffs”) established pursuant to both state and federal law, including boards established by USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service. We advise these clients on issues ranging from governance and contract negotiation to regulatory requirements surrounding research and promotion of USDA or FDA-regulated products.
