Native American Issues

OFW has a long history representing native American interests, including the “New Beginnings” program. This is a USDA program matching funds (up to $500,000 per state) devoted to American Indian higher education at land grant institutions, both universities and colleges. We have a unique expertise and are able to help Universities navigate this new grant program focused on American Indian higher education.
