Customs and Trade

OFW Law provides guidance and representation before CBP to foreign exporters and producers, U.S. importers, the broker community, and others on all aspects of U.S. Customs and Trade law, including entry issues such as tariff classification and valuation, CBP enforcement actions, and forced labor and the UFLPA. We represent our clients in trade remedy cases and other matters before the International Trade Commission, the Department of Commerce and USTR and in international dispute settlement and negotiation at the World Trade Organization and other international fora.

Consumer and Commercial Litigation

OFW Law advises and represents clients by defending against threatened or pending litigation related to both consumer-based and commercial disputes, such as California Proposition 65 60-
day Notices and civil actions and consumer protection laws related to false or misleading advertising, slack fill allegations, etc. We also serve clients as plaintiff and defense counsel in federal Lanham Act claims, commercial and contract disputes, and similar commercial litigation.
