Occupational Safety and Health Law

OFW Law provides compliance assistance to clients on occupational safety and health law (OSHA), with a special focus on agriculture and food production industries. We help clients make their workplaces safe, before OSHA visits, with operations and policy reviews, and, when necessary, guide a client through the OSHA inspection process.

In addition, OFW Law has represented family farming operations in Virginia Department of Labor / Virginia Occupational Safety and Health (VOSH) enforcement actions pertaining to farm fatalities.
