Dietary Guidelines
OFW Law monitors the Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee (DGAC) process for clients with interest in consumer foods. The DGAC process is the bedrock to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans that is updated every five years. This report serves as the guiding document for federal nutrition programs and policies. Throughout the process the public has opportunity to provide comments as the DGAC considers each nutritional subject, we help clients develop comments for consideration.
