Farm Bill
The farm bill is the most comprehensive piece of legislation impacting agriculture and food
policy in America. OFW advocates for our clients on programs impacting them during every
farm bill cycle. Although the Farm Bill is theoretically renewed every five years, the Agriculture Committees begin their review process years in advance as they work to draft the next bill while the ink is barely dry on the last one. We work with our clients to identify a farm bill strategy – to
seek changes, to maintain the status quo, or to further new initiatives. OFW has successfully
advocated for our clients’ interests in every farm bill for the last forty years.
