National Organic Program
OFW Law regularly advises clients regulated under USDA’s National Organic Program. Our attorneys understand the drivers behind this growing food sector and the value that organic certification brings to our clients. We advise organic growers, food manufacturers, handlers, wholesalers, and retailers on compliance with the production, handling, and labeling requirements of the Organic Foods Production Act and the National Organic Program. OFW also represents clients in enforcement actions involving the threatened suspension of organic certification.
