Washington, D.C., October 19, 2026 – OFW Law is pleased to announce Molly O’Connor will return to Olsson Frank Weeda Terman Matz’s (OFW Law) Government Relations Practice as a Senior Policy Advisor.
O’Connor previously served clients with excellence at OFW Law before leading the international trade policy portfolio and PAC at Crop Life America, and most recently federal government relations at the National Pork Producers Council (NPPC).
Prior to OFW Law, she engaged in government relations for the National Corn Growers Association, and began her career through internships at Ketchem and NPPC.
“We’re excited to bring Molly back to our Firm, and we look forward to furthering our clients’ interests through her strategic counsel based on her deep experience with trade associations, Boards of Directors, and member companies, combined with her lobbying expertise, bipartisan reputation, and extensive network throughout Congress, the Executive Branch, and the Diplomatic Corps in D.C.” said Mason Weeda, Managing Partner of the Firm.
Eric Steiner, Government Relations Practice Chair, noted “Molly’s over 15 years’ experience – with both OFW Law and additional trade associations – gives her excellent perspectives and great capacity for customer service in a wide range of areas including international trade, production agriculture, pesticides, livestock and meat processing, food aid, biotechnology, pet food, forestry, and nutrition assistance programs. We look forward to the value-add Molly brings to clients and our Firm.”
“I’m thrilled to be returning to OFW and to have the opportunity to work alongside this team again. Having represented OFW clients earlier in my career, and now bringing the perspective I’ve gained leading advocacy from within trade associations, I’m excited to put that experience to work helping clients navigate challenges, identify opportunities, and make sure their voices are heard,” said O’Connor. Her first day back will be October 19.
