OFW’s attorneys understand the critical role that FDA and FSIS inspections play in our client’s supply chains. Inspection issues can disrupt business operations and endanger a client’s ability to operate. OFW’s attorneys work with our food clients to assist them in navigating the inspection process and issues that may arise during inspections. This includes responding to FDA Form 483s, FDA Warning Letters and Notices of Violation, FSIS Noncompliance Records (NRs), Notices of Alleged Violation, Notices of Intended Enforcement and Notices of Suspension, product detentions, product seizures, and recalls. OFW’s attorneys have decades of experience in responding to these matters. We understand the timeline pressures and maintain regular contact with key agency personnel. We work with companies to implement corrective and/or preventive actions.
