“Nicole Bayne leverages her deep agribusiness background and legislative insight to guide food, biotech, and chemical clients through complex environmental litigation and federal regulatory compliance at the intersection of EPA, FDA, and USDA oversight.

Nicole advises clients on environmental and regulatory matters, with a focus on litigation, compliance, and risk management in highly regulated industries. Her practice combines strategic litigation experience with deep familiarity with federal regulatory frameworks affecting agriculture, biotechnology, chemical, and pharmaceutical companies.

Nicole’s litigation practice focuses on environmental, regulatory, and complex litigation matters arising under federal and state law. She represents corporate clients, industry groups, and trade associations in litigation involving environmental statutes, citizen suits, and regulatory enforcement actions. Her litigation work frequently involves matters that turn on technical regulatory frameworks, scientific evidence, and administrative records.

In addition to litigation, Nicole advises food, agriculture, biotechnology, and chemical clients on compliance with environmental and product-based regulatory regimes. Her work includes counseling on obligations under statutes such as the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), and related environmental and agricultural laws administered by EPA, FDA, and USDA. Nicole also advises clients on emerging environmental requirements affecting the food and agriculture supply chain, including extended producer responsibility (EPR) and stewardship programs.

Drawing on her litigation experience, regulatory insight, and background in agriculture, Nicole helps clients address legal challenges arising at the intersection of environmental, agricultural, and food law.
